i haven’t watched it yet tbh but of course i spoiled myself, eh. Let’s just say i was very pissed when i heard Julie Plec decided to steal a book bamon scene to give it to Delena. No offense but, ugh vomit. I’m a bit surprised Elena chose Stefan tho, I thought she was gonna chose herself. Well as long as they don’t shove more Delena scenes down my throat im okay with it. Don’t care about the whole Tyler/Caroline/Klaus thing, I don’t quite understand it and quite frankly i dont care about caroline’s love interests. I still gotta watch the bamon scene (i think there is only one?). I’m excited for dark!bonnie next season tho. The ideal storyline would for Damon to help Bonnie not fall to the dark side. That would be one kickass storyline!

"For a show which emphasizes the importance of family, I am disappointed in the treatment of Bonnie’s character. Bonnie’s father could be a pixie for all we know. We were expected to swallow a storyline which had Bonnie’s mother return to Mystic Falls after an absence of 15 years, with no fallout from Bonnie’s MIA dad – whose name we don’t even know. And where does Bonnie live? I suspect she kips behind the bar at the Mystic Grill. How is it that cray cray Meredith got an apartment before poor Bonnie acquired a house? Are we seriously expected to believe that Bonnie can go and stay with her absentee mom without even mentioning how this affected her relationship with Pixie Dad? Seriously?"

Some fans were arguing that they didn’t see why Bonnie’s dad should be mentioned, that he’s ‘irrelevant to the plot’. I don’t think those fans understand the concept of well-rounded story-telling. I’m happy this is something more people are noticing.

omg 1st anon in a long time *crying*. I feel you bb, I used to be so hooked I watched the episodes live (during the night), spent hours making gifs, and even run a TVD blog, FYesVampireDiaries. But that was last year. I think I stopped enjoying the show ever since Klaus arrived in Mystic Falls. The fact that the writters are screwing with Bonnie’s character doesn’t help. Let’s not forget I’m not a Delena shipper so yeah I think I took the right decision when I stopped watching this show. I only enjoy rewatching season 1 & 2 now..
